Tonight was my first time trying Manna. I had three dishes, and two out of three, were really good.
The fried rice - very good
I loved the sesame chicken: white meat pieces, wok fried with a sweet and tangy sauce. Nice job on this one.
I had high hopes for the Mongolian Beef as it's a favorite of mine and I read some positive reviews.
The meat was chewy, overly salty and it was missing that little bit of sweetness that a good Mongolian Beef has, brown sugar.
The quality of meat needs to be improved. I really wanted to love it but it needs work. Increase the price and use better quality meat :)
I look forward to trying some of their other dishes. -

This is still our favorite teriyaki spot. The pork teriyaki is fantastic. We also love their yakisoba and their mongolian beef. The order is always correct and if you call ahead it is really quick to pick up food to go.

Probably my favorite teriyaki place as far as food quality goes. They actually cook the meat in the sauce, rather than dumping it on top after the fact. The chicken and beef I ordered had crispy barbecued ends revealing it was in fact cooked over an open flame. No microwave short cuts here.
Gyoza was delicious. Really enjoyed the vinegar-based gyoza sauce. Side salad is like any other teriyaki joint I've been to, an after thought. Brown rice is available.
The menu is posted on a board above the counter with clear labeling and great pictures. They are slammed at dinner time so call in your order at least 30 min in advance.
Located in the busy Fred Meyer parking lot, there is ample parking but you may not score a spot in front of the restaurant during peak times. -
